Features

Innovative irrigation control
During ENT surgery, the IPC™ suction-irrigation system provides a solution for irrigation control in the operating room. Its design includes optimized pre-set flow rates for all French tips. Plus, the IntelliFlow™ remote control allows for an easy on/off, tip size, and flow rate changes from the sterile field.

Multifunctional foot pedal for ergonomic control
The IPC™ foot pedal offers three buttons for maximum control during ENT surgery. Its non-slip design and compact size make it ideal for operating rooms. The hoop locks firmly in place, then collapses easily for storage.

NERVE MONITORING SYSTEMS
NIM Vital™ nerve monitoring system
Description
- The NIM Vital™ system is an intraoperative EMG monitor that enables users to locate and confirm the integrity of nerves during surgical procedures.
- The NIM Vital™ nerve monitoring system stimulates nerves (propagates an action potential) through a variety of stimulation probes that causes the muscle associated with the nerve to contract. The system then picks up these electric signals from the muscles through a variety of electrodes and converts this information into meaningful graphs and sounds that the system displays on the monitor.
- The NIM Vital™ system also continuously monitors EMG activity from the muscles innervated by the nerve at risk.
- The NIM Vital™ system may be used for EMG monitoring in support of surgical procedures, including intracranial, extracranial, intratemporal, extratemporal, and surgeries associated with the neck, spine, thorax, and upper and lower extremities.1
Features
- Proprietary technology notifies you in real time of nerve condition — visually and audibly.
- NIM Nervassure™ continuous monitoring technology provides real-time feedback on nerve function so you can adjust course, if necessary, during thyroid surgery and other procedures affecting head and neck nerves.
- NIM NerveTrend™ EMG reporting enables nerve condition tracking throughout a procedure, even when using intermittent nerve monitoring.
- During both continuous and intermittent trending, green, yellow and red status bars provide visual information and their associated tones provide audible cues, making monitoring nerve function and interpreting EMG trends easier than ever.
- NIM Vital™ nerve condition information can be captured in a single, meaningful snapshot.
- APS™ (automatic periodic stimulation) electrodes are used to enable early detection of a change in nerve function in neuromonitoring procedures.

SINUS IMPLANTS
PROPEL™ (mometasone furoate) sinus implant
Description
- The PROPEL™ sinus implant maintains patency and locally delivers steroid to the sinus mucosa in patients 18 years and older following sinus surgery.
- PROPEL™ is the first and only methoxy propyl acetate (PMA)-approved steroid eluting sinus implant.1 The PROPEL™ family of implants offers three steroid-eluting implants, allowing ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physicians to select the best option that confirms to the anatomical needs of their patients:
- Following 3 Types are available :
- PROPEL™ mometasone furoate implant for ethmoid sinus2
- PROPEL™ mini mometasone furoate implant for ethmoid sinus and frontal sinus opening3
- PROPEL™ contour mometasone furoate implant for sinus ostia, frontal, and maxillary
Features
- PROPEL™ implants keep the sinuses open while releasing mometasone furoate (MF).
- PROPEL™ implants feature an innovative two-in-one mechanism that opens in the sinuses while delivering MF, a potent corticosteroid, directly where it is needed.
- Self-expanding designthat opens and supports the sinus cavity
- Delivers 370 mcg of MFover 30 days†
- Non-obstructive designallows for sinus mucociliary clearance and the delivery of topical rinses
- MF present in the sinus mucosal tissuefor up to 60 days
- Structural backbonebio-absorbs over approximately 30–45 days after placement as the sinus cavity heals
- Mometasone furoate delivers a combination of potency and safety.
- PROPEL™ implants are clinically proven to maintain patency and improve patient outcomes following endoscopic sinus surgery by targeting inflammation, the underlying cause of chronic rhinosinusitis.

Features
- Plug-and-play with Fusion surgical navigation: Balloon sinus seekers with built-in AxiEM™ tracking.
- Simple system for balloon sinus surgery: Only three parts: balloon sinus seeker, tubing, and inflator.
- Frontal, maxillary, and sphenoid designs: For balloon sinus surgery in the frontal, maxillary, and sphenoid sinuses.
- Safety features: Protective valve indicator to help prevent accidental over-inflation.

4. PARATHYROID DETECTION EQUIPMENT
PTeye™ parathyroid detection system
Description
- The PTeye™ parathyroid detection system is an adjunctive tool to aid in the identification of visually suspected parathyroid tissue
- The PTeye™ parathyroid system uses near-infrared autofluorescence to confirm visually suspected parathyroid tissue.Native fluorescence, or autofluorescence (AF), is a phenomenon where there is emission of light in the UV-visible, near-IR spectral range when biological substrates are excited with light at a suitable wavelength.
- Add to your visual identification of the parathyroid gland with the PTeye™ parathyroid detection system, providing real-time confirmation with up to 96% accuracy.
Features
- Parathyroid tissue can be difficult to distinguish visually from surrounding tissue during surgery. The PTeye™ parathyroid detection system uses a laser probe to elicit a fluorescent response from suspected parathyroid tissue.
- The PTeye™ parathyroid detection system can be used in thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy procedures.
The PTeye™ system is an adjunctive tool intended to aid in the identification of parathyroid tissue by confirming parathyroid tissue already visually located by the surgeon.
